Exercise Physiology

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is an allied health professional who specialises in the clinical prescription of exercise and lifestyle coaching for people at risk of chronic diseases or pain.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a personalised approach to healthcare and empowering you to take control of your health. Through education of conditions and rehabilitation of movement, we strive to be by your side every step of the way to achieving your health goals.

A standard treatment session consists of a 30 to 60-minute consultation with an accredited exercise physiologist in person or via Telehealth.

We can utilise NDIS, Worker’s Compensation, Medicare, and DVA funding. Chat with one of our health experts to discuss your options today.

Pain Management

We specialise in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of pain. Our tailored plans target your pain management needs so that you can return to your best quality of life.

Our unique approach to pain management involves an initial assessment to identify incorrect biomechanical movement patterns, perform functional screenings, and conduct manual muscle testing. We identify and target overactive and weakened or inactive muscle groups to restore balance and reduce pain. Chat with one of our experts for more information on how we can help you achieve a pain-free life.
